I left uni last year and got a job in a recruitment agency. i was promised the world. good money and great prospects. but its not like that and the business is getting worse. i spend all day cold calling companies and none of them want to speak to me. i hate my job.

Is this not just about starting somewhere? Do you feel it is going to get better?
